About Tatiana I’m Tatiana N-Lautner, an entrepreneur, mentor, educator, and content creator with more than 20 years of professional experience across corporate environments, entrepreneurship, training, mentoring, and international business. My own journey has included career changes, entrepreneurship, living between different cultures, starting over, and redefining what success means at different stages of life. Those experiences have shaped the way I work today: with a practical understanding that change is rarely just about making a new plan. It is also about understanding who you are now, what matters to you, and what you want to build next. I founded Tatiana’s Essential Finds to help people navigate those moments with greater clarity, direction, and purpose. Through mentoring, educational content, courses, digital resources, and personalized services, I work with people who are experiencing professional or personal transitions, questioning their next step, rebuilding after a significant change, or simply realizing that the life or career that once worked for them no longer feels right. My approach combines strategic thinking, practical tools, reflection, and real-world experience. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all formulas or in telling people what their lives should look like. My role is to help clients see their situation more clearly, recognize possibilities they may not be seeing, make intentional decisions, and turn those decisions into realistic next steps. At Tatiana’s Essential Finds, the goal is not simply to help you make a change. It is to help you understand what deserves to change, what is worth keeping, and what you want to create from here.
